what to expect.

Let’s get to know each other! We’ll learn a little more about your production, your goals, and your vibe. We’ll discuss any specific shots you’d like to get and talk through some logistics of the event.
Afterwards, we’ll send you a contract outlining the specifics of our services & require a deposit upon signing.

Keep an eye out for studio communications! We’ll confirm things like venue logistics, performer lineup, and ask for any information about key moments in the show we should look out for.

We’ll arrive early to begin setup and testing for the event. This timing is determined by the type of venue, extent of services, and overall needs of the production.
We may ask about minor details, but we know you’re busy— you handle the show, let us handle the rest!

Although this timeline varies for longer events, we typically provide your photos within 5 business days of the event.
Once processing is complete, we’ll send you a link to view your final photos! Post them on social media, use them on your website, promote your personal brand, print them out for display, you name it! Final payment will be due at this time.
